Warranty Policy

Effective from 28 January 2025

 

All vehicles sold by Elite Auto Sales are supplied with a 3-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

 

This Warranty Policy forms part of the terms and conditions of sale. All customers are required to read and understand this policy prior to purchasing a vehicle. Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of this Warranty Policy in full.

 

The warranty applies only while the vehicle remains in the same condition as it was at the time of sale. Any modification, alteration, or change of any kind made to the vehicle after purchase shall immediately and automatically invalidate the 3-month warranty.

 

Once a vehicle has been modified, Elite Auto Sales shall have no liability or responsibility for any warranty-related claims, including but not limited to repairs, faults, replacement parts, labour, or any associated costs.

 

Elite Auto Sales reserves the right to refuse warranty claims where the terms of this policy have not been complied with.
